Sizing varies by hotel — typically 30–40% of total demand. The ATS panel transfers only this load to the generator, leaving non-essential HVAC and guest-room socket circuits on grid only.
Yes. All our panels above 100 A include Modbus or BACnet communication on the meters and breakers. The BMS can read load, voltage, current, power factor, energy, and breaker status; for chiller plant control panels we expose temperature and pressure setpoints and alarms. The BMS protocol is agreed at design stage to match the M&E specification.
Where the hotel or mall is on a time-of-use tariff, we configure load-shedding logic at the distribution board level: non-essential cooling and lighting circuits drop during peak tariff hours and pick up again outside the peak window. This is typically delivered via the BMS with the panel exposing breaker control over Modbus.
For phased openings, we deliver and commission the main switchboard 4–6 weeks before grand opening, then bring tenant distribution boards online wave by wave as fit-out completes. Each tenant board can be ready 5–10 working days from confirmation of layout, with a same-day energisation visit during the tenant's opening week.
